Scientific Name: Chelmon rostratus

Copperband Butterfly Fish - It has a long narrow nose and mouth used for feeding in crevices and holes. Its body has yellowish orange vertical bands with black edging. It has a false eyespot on the rear of the top dorsal fin. Provide with lots of shelter and room to move around.

Level of Care: Moderate-Easy

Diet: Omnivore. Include marine fish, crustacean flesh, mysid shrimp and frozen preparations.

Minimum Tank Size: 30 gallons

Natural Origin: Indo-Pacific

Sizes-Approximate: Small-Large 1.5 - 5 inches
